The print was produced as a kuchie frontispiece for a novel みみずばれ (Mimizubare) by Misa Yamada in a literary magazine titled "Meiji Bunko", No.5 in 1893. Artist name "Shoso" with a red seal on the lower right of the image. Beautiful colors and wonderful details.

Date: Meiji 26 (1893)
Paper size: 10 and 1/2 x 8 and 7/8 inches (26.5 x 22.5 cm)
Condition: Excellent overall. Original Kuchi-e fold lines. Minor toning and minor ink smudges as shown. Please see the photos for details.
