This extremely rare woodblock print "Tamoto" (Sleeves) is by Tatsumi Shimura (1907-1980). A woman that Shimura drew is very delicate and elegant. The neutral color creates a genteel atmosphere. Her black hair and obi sash against the neutral color creates an amazing contrast. Her pink coral hair ornament adds a charming accent to this lovely print. Limited edition size of only 200 sheets. Carver name; Kentaro Maeda, Printer name; Keizo Sato, and large red "Tatsumi Kenin" seal in the lower right margin reads, "Tatsumi seal of approval". This print is extremely rare and highly desirable for collectors.

Condition: Very good condition. Slight mat line on the margin.  A few minor spots on the right margin. Minor paper crease on the bottom margin (edge) Tape residue on the verso as shown. They are all minor and don't affect the beautiful image at all. Please see the picture.
