Original limited edition "Harubiru" (Spring Afternoon) is by Noboru Yamataka who was born in 1926.  Artist signature "Noboru Yamataka", edition number 17/100, and the title in pencil on the lower margin. Size: 10 and 3/4 inches by 15 and 1/4 inches. Limited edition - hand signed of only 100 prints. Very Japanese mood with lovely spring colors.
