Very cute cat print "Two Cats Wearing Necklaces" is by Tomoo Inagaki (1902-1980). Artist block signed "Tomo" on the upper left of the image. Still attached to the original card as shown. Artist name "Tomoo Inagaki" in Japanese and English, the publisher name "Chikuhodo" and copyright mark on the back of the card. This is postcard size print, however, this print shows typical Inagaki's style of cats.
