Wonderful woodblock print "Wakura nite" (Wakura in Winter) is by Gihachiro Okuyama (1907-1981). Very peaceful winter image of Wakura in Ishikawa with snow covered boat, Togetsubashi bridge, and local people. Title "Wakura nite" and Artist's name "Gihachiro" with a red seal "Okuyama" in the lower right corner of the image. Okuyama is well known as the artist of peaceful scenery in Japan.

Folder size: 10 and 1/2 by 7 and 1/2 inches. (26.5 cm x 19 cm)
Date: 1950's
Signed: "Gihachiro" on the lower right corner of the image. It is very hard to see. 
Condition: Excellent condition. Still the top edge is tipped to a presentation folder.
