The peaceful woodblock print 'Yahagi-gawa' (Yahagi River) is by Fumio Kitaoka (1918–2007). This print captures a serene riverside image of the Yahagi River in Aichi Prefecture, with the distant Okazaki Castle in the background. The Yahagi River is a large river that flows through both Gifu and Aichi prefectures, making it a beloved symbol of the region. Printed in 1977, this print boasts vibrant colors and striking contrast and was hand-signed by the artist in pencil on the bottom margin.

Condition: Overall, the print is in good condition. There are a few spots on the top margin and a spot on the lower left margin, as shown. Additionally, there are a couple of faint spots in the upper left corner of the image; however, they are hardly noticeable unless closely pointed out. Please refer to the picture. I have reduced the price accordingly.
