Sanaeda (After Rice-transplanting)

Noboru Yamataka

1077

Original limited edition "Sanaeda" (After Rice-transplanting) is by Noboru Yamataka who was born in 1926.  Artist signed "Noboru Yamataka", edition number 63/100, and the title in pencil on the lower margin. It is in pristine condition with full margins, bold colors, and never framed. Typical some tiny ink smudge on the margins. Please see the pictures. Limited edition - hand signed of only 100 prints. This is a very peaceful scene after hard rice-transplanting. I feel the quiet and peaceful atmosphere from the shadows of the house and trees on the clear water in the rice field. Also, I feel early summer from his fresh green colors. Truly beautiful colors make warm your hearts and homesick. Truly Japan as we know it.
