Beautiful woodblock print "Nousagi no zu" (Wild Rabbit) is by Ōkyo Maruyama (1735-1795).  Ōkyo Maruyama began as a student of the so-called Kano painting school in Kyoto. He became famous for his depiction of natural subjects in Chinese influenced style. Published by Unsodo. Unsodo seal on the right margin. Artist name "Maruyma Ōkyo", the title "Nousagi no zu", Carver's name "Unknown", and printer's name "Horii" on the left margin. This is later print from the original woodblocks (Meiji era)

Date: Undated. this print is later print from the original woodblocks (Meiji era)
Signed: "Ōkyo" signature with a red seal on the right of the image.
Condition: Pristine condition. 
 Minor ink smudge on the bottom margin (edge) which will be easily matted out.
